Shivering

If you viewed my first post, you would have learned about the very creepy old man Harry who did crack. The thing is though, that was not his first or only bad story. Harry was a man with very odd communication, and bad guest interaction. It was a day in April when we had our first bad storm. The weather dropped to about sixty-five degrees with heavy wind and rain. After the really bad storm passed, we reopened all of the rides. Harry was sent to the toilet bowl ride, and on this day is when he received his very first guest complaint of many.

The wind was still blowing even after the storm passed, and many people did not have their jackets yet. As many can guess, it is a lot colder at the tops of slides regardless of the weather. Harry was at the top of the slide with the coldest water. With him being so small in size and height, obviously he was very cold and shivering. He had some of his first guests come up after the slide opened back up. A lady and her son walked to the top, and she placed her tube in the pool. She looked at Harry and asked with a little chuckle, “Are you cold?” His response is how he got his first guest complaint. He looked at her and responded, “No, I’m just shivering, Bitch.”

The lady rode down the slide, gathered her things, and left the waterpark. She stopped a head guard to tell him what happened, and then she walked to the front of the park to guest relations and complained to them. We all had to talk to Harry, but we found it way too funny to really punish him because he said that to a guest with no remorse, so we all just told him to be a little nicer with his choice of words towards guest, and do not always say what he feels when talking to a guest. He slightly understood, but he still complained about how he was cold and could not help it because he was old.
